This dense wine has rich black fruits to go with the dark tannins. It is juicy, full of energy with great potential. The wine's concentration encourages long-term aging. Drink from 2025.

At the top of the hierarchy of Cru Beaujolais are Moulin-à-Vent and Morgon, with notable ageing potential. Morgon tends to be the more robust and structured one, and can often improve with careful cellaring for 5-20 years.
This wine is a Cru Beaujolais Morgon from a single climate (vineyard parcel). Corcelette sits at the edge of Morgon with subsoils of both granite and schist. These conditions result in wines with darker fruit notes, more tannins, and bolder structure. All fruit is manually harvested, rigorously sorted, fermented with natural yeasts, and aged in oak barrels for 10 months.
