The wine represents a blend of fruit from Serralunga d'Alba (Collaretto, Briccolina, Broglio and Le Turne) and one site in Castiglione Falletto. Elegance is underlined in this wine that shows wild berry, dried blueberry and a sweet touch of lilac over a medium-dark finish. These sites give the wine its signature tension, minerality, and refined tannins.

Fermentation takes place in large open vats with extended maceration, followed by ageing in traditional large Slavonian oak casks for around 30 months. This slow, gentle approach enhances the wine’s natural structure without overwhelming its delicate aromatics.
