Fruit comes from a particular block of the estate’s dry-grown vineyard. Mechanically harvested, whole-berry pressed with a cool inoculated fermentation in stainless-steel tanks. Only the first 100L/t of free-run juice from each pressing goes into this wine. A surprisingly savoury riesing. The palate has a chalkiness, a whisper of citrus, the acidity is superfine and it's moreish. Super-dry and refreshing.
