Extremely elegant and complex on the nose, it shows notes of mixed white flowers, gardenias, elderberry, jasmine and rhinosperm which blend well with nuances of Williams pears, boxwood, cut grass and vetiver. Medium-full body, elegant and relaxed in the sip, it shows complexity and beauty and slowly presents itself to the consumer. It ferments and ages in barrique, remaining on the yeasts for almost a year before being bottled. Only 13595 bottles. Better from 2025.
