The minerality is mixed with the aromas of ripe yellow fruits such as peach and apricot. On the palate, this rosé is smooth and fleshy. Its saline length perfectly reflects the schist soil and the sea spray near the Domaine. A great rosé of Provence undoubtedly!
A blend of Grenache, Mourvèdre and Cinsault however each grape variety has been vinified separately in order to preserve their own characteristics. Indeed, the Grenache brings an interesting aromatic intensity while the Cinsault gives flexibility and finesse. Finally, the Mourvèdre will come to structure the whole.
