Rich blackcurrant and blackberry, black olive, a little cedar oak in tow. It’s full-bodied, but balanced, plenty of savoury kind of ferrous Cabernet flavour, some nougat too, some brine, thick stony tannin, and a robust finish of good length. It’s a bold wine, and quite serious, also, it’s very good.

Coriole Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from Estate vineyards that are approximately 20-25 years old. Soils are Terra Rossa - red, brown earth over limestone, which have proven to be ideal for growing Cabernet in McLaren Vale.
