A highly regarded voice in the region’s artisan movement, Fox works with organic farming principles, whole cluster nuance and minimal cellar intervention to preserve aromatic lift and textural finesse. Freedom Hill, planted on marine sedimentary soils in the Coast Range foothills, is known for producing Pinot Noir of structure, savoury depth and graceful longevity.
