The jeweled ruby 2021 Pinot Noir Weber Vineyard takes on a riper though equally pristine character, with wild raspberry liqueur, pressed roses, forest herbs, and blood orange. On the palate, it has a rounded mouthfeel with more concentration and delivers ripe tannins as well as a pure, long, earth-toned finish with beetroot spice. Drink Drink 2025-2035.

From the red Jory soils of the Dundee Hills, Kelley Fox Weber Vineyard Pinot Noir captures one of Oregon’s most expressive and historic Pinot Noir sites through a lens of remarkable sensitivity. Kelley Fox has earned a devoted following for wines that prioritise elegance, transparency and emotional connection to place, working with organic principles, whole bunch nuance and minimal extraction. Weber Vineyard, one of the early plantings in the Dundee Hills, consistently delivers fruit of aromatic lift, fine structure and quiet depth.

A luminous translucent ruby glows in the glass. Aromas rise with wild strawberry, red cherry and cranberry intertwined with rose petal, sandalwood, dried orange peel and a delicate forest floor note. There is an almost ethereal perfume here, layered and gently unfolding with air.

The palate is finely etched and graceful, delivering vibrant red berry fruit framed by whisper fine tannins and bright natural acidity. Subtle flavours of pomegranate, tea leaf and mineral freshness build through the mid palate before a long, savoury finish that feels weightless yet persistent. This Pinot Noir will reward careful cellaring over eight to twelve years, developing truffle, dried floral complexity and deeper autumnal nuance.

Picture herb roasted chicken served simply, grilled salmon with lemon and olive oil, or mushroom ragù spooned over soft polenta as evening settles in. A vinyl spin of Slowdive Souvlaki or some early Wilco drifting through the room, the wine drawing the moment into a softer, more reflective space.
