Formerly known as Cannubi Boschis, Aleste carries one of the most heartfelt stories in Barolo. Luciano Sandrone renamed the vineyard in honour of his grandchildren, Alessia and Stefano, combining their names to create Aleste. While the name changed, the vineyard remains one of Barolo's great crus, producing Nebbiolo of extraordinary elegance, perfume and longevity. The palate is beautifully poised, combining vibrant red fruits with silky, finely woven tannins and fresh acidity.
