This estate merlot was planted 500m above sea level, and the ensuing cool-grown 2021 vintage has spawned bright and juicy wine, with red and blue fruit flavours. The wine spent over 12 months in American and French oak that has polished, not subdued the fruit. Irresistible at the price.
