Minuty Rosé et Or from Côtes de Provence is a luxurious, silken and finely sculpted Provence rosé crafted entirely from estate grown fruit overlooking the glittering Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Château Minuty is one of the region’s most iconic producers, and Rosé et Or sits among its most acclaimed cuvées. The wine is sourced from old vine parcels planted on sun drenched slopes of schist, limestone and weathered clay. Cooling Mediterranean winds sweep across these vineyards through summer, preserving perfume, tension and remarkable freshness in the grapes. This combination of altitude, proximity to the sea and mineral rich soils is the key to the depth and purity that has made Rosé et Or a favourite among sommeliers and critics around the world.

Precision drives the winemaking. Grapes are harvested at dawn and pressed immediately at low temperature to capture delicacy. Only the purest free run juice is used. Fermentation takes place cool and slow in stainless steel, preserving clarity and brightness. Extended time on fine lees brings texture and a subtle satin like weight. No oak touches the wine, allowing vineyard expression, fruit fragrance and mineral poise to shine effortlessly.
