All organic and biodynamic certified. A supple and succulent red, deeply flavoured if not quite hefty in concentration and power. Flavours tend to dark chocolate, touches of mint, some vanilla and coconut elements with sage leaf, dried porcini mushroom and blackcurrant jam. Scents lean more into cassis and bay leaf notes, touches of cedar and clove, too. A well-put-together, balanced, if not a more effusive, release of this wine.
