This is super-light in colour, compared with both the other tempranillos on the bench and the 2020 vintage before it. This is spicy, herbaceous and also floral: we're talking fennel, licorice root, glacé ginger, raspberry, pomegranate and rose petals. In the mouth the wine is gorgeous – the tannins very fine and quite slinky. Drinks like a pinot. I like it.
