(Note: from a 0.2 ha parcel opposite Bonne Mares planted in 1954.) Just one barrel. A slightly fuller purple than the Ormes des Chalandins cuvée. Not quite so expressive but it feels as though there is plenty of substance from the nose. A lovely dancing touch here on the palate, but the fruit is a little riper and the finish is clean pure and without pepper. Drink from 2026-2032.
