Sourced from vineyards around Ribeauvillé, the fruit benefits from the region’s mosaic of limestone and clay soils and the shelter of the Vosges mountains, which creates long, cool growing seasons. That means high natural acidity and beautifully concentrated aromatics.

It opens with classic notes of lime zest, white flowers, green apple, and wet stone. There’s a steely edge on the palate, with mouth-watering acidity and layers of citrus, flint and just a whisper of white peach.
