45 yer old vines gronwn in thr vineayrds situated in the regional appellation area of the Cote de Beaune.
Hand-picked, partially destemmed and soft pressed. Post fermentation the wine is put into 500L French oaks barrels (10% new) where its is aged for 10 months. Brilliant Bourgogne!!
Lovely deep colour, the dark cherry fruit aromas follow onto the palate. This wine is quite soft and giving. This wine always punches above it’s weight and this vintage is better than ever.
