From the excellent Fairendes sector. Pretty pale yellow. Very pretty nose, not too exotic coming after the exuberant Meursault Perrières. The palate is very classic. Pure white fruit with plenty of volume and a crystalline crunch behind. Very good. Drink from 2026-2032. Tasted: October 2022.

A softly wooded nose is comprised by a slightly riper mix of white and yellow orchard fruit aromas that are trimmed in discreet petrol nuances. There is both fine volume and intensity to the bigger, richer and more powerful though less refined medium weight plus flavors that conclude in a citrusy finish that stops somewhat abruptly. My predicted range offers the benefit of the doubt that this will better harmonize in time. Drink 2029+ June 23
