2022 Candialle Chianti Classico DOCG La Misse, Tuscany

La Misse, the little Miss of Candialle, is the junior wine of the estate and incorporates the younger vines fruit. Organically grown Sangiovese was fermented in concrete and stainless steel with a small amount of stems and then mostly aged in concrete 80% with the remainder in old barrels. Bottled unfined, La Misse is fruit forward and juicy with bright red cherry fruit and attractive freshness.
