From a north-facing slope at Clyde Park that was planted in 1996; 30% whole bunches and 25% new oak. A saturated crimson purple. A gorgeous wine from the get-go with its lifted aromas of dark cherries, black raspberries, florals and spice rack spices. Tightly wound, focused and concentrated, this has all the components to age magnificently over the next 10-plus years. In the meantime, give this some air and pair it with some aged porterhouse, if that's your thing! 140 dozen made.
