Classic fleshy and soft Provence rosé here. Rosehip, peach, raspberry, a subtle earthiness and spice. Smooth and creamy, with peach and red fruits, a little tangelo sweetness and tang, and a textured finish of excellent length. Lovely. All just so.

Correspondingly, Fouques’ top Rosé cuvée is an expression of greater volume, concentration and complexity.  More pronounced ripeness and phenolics with a bigger spectrum of melon, pomegranate and Jonathan apple fruit relative to the Cuvée Tradition Rosé, ultimately characterized by stonier mineral underpinnings and significantly greater length.
