Intense flowery aromas, dried grass and dried flowers, pot-pourri, lemon and subtle tropical fruits. The palate is fruity and full, juicy and not overly dry but certainly finishes dry, the texture full and pulpy with a tickle of tannin adding grip. Excellent wine, slightly more up-front than the Premium bottling.09 JUL 2022 Drink 2022–2032

The philosophy at Helm Wines is that wine making is an art not a science. The winemaker is the custodian of the grape and has the potential to create a masterpiece. They strive to produce premium quality wines that reflect the true characteristics of the grape and the land or ‘terroir’ in which they have been grown.
Classic Dry Riesling is made from grapes sourced from the Helm estate and neighbouring vineyards within the valley in which the Helm winery is situated.
