Very much on song with its white flower, apple and lime blossom aromas. While it isn't the least uncertain in the mouth, it grows rapidly on the back palate and finish, with palpable structure to its lime-drenched flavours and acidity.

A stunning example of this excellent vintage for Clare Valley dry riesling! The enticing nose of spring blossoms, hibiscus and lime cordial pulls you into this concentrated and impeccably balanced, medium- to full-bodied wine, with stacks of lime and blood-orange character. Just a touch of tannin supports the very long and polished finish. Drink or hold. Screw cap.

Very light yellow colour; very expressive aromas of dried and fresh florals with a yeasty young-wine ferment overtone, the palate lean and racy with crisp acidity on a properly dry-balanced structure, with a long and gently firm finish thanks to a whisper of tannin. The remote, isolated Mount Horrocks Watervale Riesling vineyard is in the north-eastern corner of this famous Clare Valley subregion, planted on the very edge of the highly prized red loam over limestone. This ACO (Australian Certified Organic) vineyard produces beautifully balanced organic fruit, allowing Stephanie to make her wine without acid additions or the need for fining. The Mount Horrocks Watervale Riesling is not only vegan and vegetarian friendly (as are all her wines), it also has ageing potential, while drinking beautifully now.
