2022 Parish Vineyard Riesling, Coal River Valley

Pale straw with aromas of lime, grapefruit, green apple and light peach tones. Hints of white flowers, almond paste, crushed stone, lemon curd and grapefruit pith. Some lovely slinky texture on the palate with pristine citrus and apple fruits, a mineral-laden seam of acidity that drives the wine forward and a dry, sizzling and focused finish that is both dry and moreish.
