100% Zinfandel, matured 18 months in new French and American oak barrels. Medium garnet coloured. A complex nose of dried fruit, cigar box, vanilla and aniseed characters. The palate is awash with ‘jaffa’ choc orange, spice and some dried fruits. Dense, full bodied and a perfect match for hard cheeses.
