There’s a generosity to the Stonier chardonnays and it's on show here. Quince and white peach infused with lemon juice and zest, lemon curd and nutty/creamy lees flavours then warm spices and oak come into play. There’s a lot going on flavour-wise, yet everything is neatly in place with the palate supple and smooth and the finish long and convincing.

The Stonier Vineyard's core focus is Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with the first vines planted in 1978 in the cool maritime climate of the Mornington Peninsula. The ideal location for these two early ripening grape varieties.
