Estate-grown, Tamar Valley pinot noir (Abel, MV6 and Pommard clones), 17% whole bunches, matured in French oak (35% new). Bright ruby with aromas of red cherry, raspberry and wild strawberries with hints of citrus blossom, morello cherries, dried citrus peel, soul-like spices, vanilla bean and red berry cream. Ridiculously pure and flowy, gossamer tannins providing the frame, briny acidity the drive. It's a case of clarity of site and fruit purity here, and that is a heady mix indeed. Just a delicious wine.

Estate grown fruit, mainly Abel, MV6 and Pommard clones, hand-picked, 17% whole bunch with remaining berries destemmed, cold soak before wild ferment, basket pressed into new (35%) and old French oak barrels, unfined, unfiltered, screwcap.
Medium to intense burgundy red. A broodier interpretation. Tobacco, sour cherry jam, plum, orange peel, warm spice with clear oak influence.
Soft attack, low to medium acid, young tannin structure, relatively high alcohol resulting in fuller bodied wine, long finish.
