A blend of all 5 blocks/7 clones of Pinot Noir on the Clyde Park Vineyard. Fermented with natural yeasts with around 1/3rd whole bunches. Aged 10 months in barrel, 35% new. Excellent dark crimson mulberry in colour, lifted raspberry and forest berry aromas, spiced cloves and cinnamon with a lively youthful core of fresh primary fruits. The palate is generous and textural, supported by fine elongating tannins that enhance the character of the wine. A long, elegant palate defines elegance and sophistication.
