There’s a special bond between place and variety that here creates a style unmatched elsewhere in Australia. The partial barrel ferment of a richly flavoured mix of snow pea, citrus and passionfruit has a refreshing undercarriage of polished acidity.

The wine is a delicate blend of estate-grown Sauvignon Blanc and fruit from selected Southern Margaret River growers. Zesty citrus, passionfruit and herbal aromas are combined with hint of flint. The palate exhibits clean passionfruit and citrus flavours, with a core of cleansing natural acidity that provides freshness and poise with a persistent and flavoursome finish.
Sourced from the Bridgelands Vineyard in the Karridale area of Margaret River, this wine was largely tank fermented to highlight pure fruit aromatics. A small proportion of of this wine was also barrel fermented for extra complexity and texture while maintaining aromatic freshness and length.
