Pink Lady apple, grapefruit and Meyer lemon drive the palate with savoury elements of salted cashew and nutmeal providing complexity and depth. The judicious use of French oak and lees stirring provide a creaminess and weight balanced by crisp acidity and granite minerality typical of our Mount Barrow vineyard.
