The estate vineyard sits at an impressive 860 metres above sea level in Bungendore, making it one of the highest and coolest sites in the Canberra District. These conditions are ideal for Sangiovese, a grape that thrives on long slow ripening to build aromatic complexity, bright acidity, and firm tannin structure.
