Pale white-gold colour. Vivid nose with strong aromas of juicy calamansi, musk, sweet herb and funky wild-ferment complexity. The palate enters with a sliver of stone-fruit, possessing ample weight on the dry, broad and generous palate with delicious concentration of fruit, spice and some nicely chewy phenolics to cinch in the fleshy, juicy flavours. Linear, long and innately complex though unevolved at present, this will give years of enjoyment 19 Jan 2024 Drink 2025–2036

Evocative orange blossom and Jasmine notes introduce the aromatics; these then move into a fleshy tangerine character. Clean focused lime notes introduce the wine onto the palate; there is lovely line and drive. A pithy phenolic structure, works in harmony with the acidity to frame the finish of the wine.
