Winemaking is overseen by Bec Hardy and her team, with a modern yet respectful approach that blends traditional techniques with careful oak integration. The fruit is handpicked and fermented in small batches, then matured in a mix of new and seasoned French oak for up to 18 months to add texture and complexity without overpowering the fruit.
