The 2023 vintage provided ideal conditions for Chenin Blanc, with warm days and cool nights preserving bright natural acidity while allowing the fruit to develop excellent flavour intensity. Produced using the traditional method and matured on lees, the wine gains complexity and texture without sacrificing its hallmark freshness. The limestone rich tuffeau soils of Vouvray lend a distinctive mineral edge, bringing energy and finesse to every glass.

Pale gold with a lively, persistent bead, the bouquet is fresh and inviting, revealing aromas of crisp apple, ripe pear and lemon zest intertwined with white flowers and hints of freshly baked brioche. Gentle notes of toasted almond, quince and wet chalk emerge with time, adding depth and complexity. The palate is vibrant and finely textured, balancing citrus and orchard fruits with creamy mousse and bright acidity. A delicate mineral thread carries through a clean, dry finish, leaving the wine refreshing, elegant and wonderfully moreish.
