Bremerton Mollie & Merle Verdelho from Langhorne Creek is a lively, aromatic white that channels the fresh, fruit-driven charm this variety is known for. Sourced from estate-grown fruit in one of South Australia's oldest wine regions, this Verdelho is named after winemaker Rebecca Willson’s grandmothers, Mollie and Merle, a nod to heritage and family dedication.

Langhorne Creek’s warm days and cooling evening breezes from nearby Lake Alexandrina create ideal ripening conditions for Verdelho. The fruit is picked early to retain vibrancy and freshness, then fermented in stainless steel to preserve the lifted aromatics and juicy palate.

The wine opens with heady notes of tropical fruits, melon, guava and citrus blossom. On the palate it’s crisp, with a burst of pineapple, lime zest and a tangy acidity that makes it exceptionally refreshing. It’s unoaked, clean and focused, built for easy drinking yet well-crafted and balanced.
