The Bürklin Wolf estate has been setting the benchmark for dry German Riesling since 1597, with more than four centuries of winemaking shaping its remarkable reputation. Today, under the stewardship of Bettina Bürklin von Guradze, the Pfalz icon continues its commitment to biodynamic viticulture, producing Rieslings of purity, precision and exceptional vineyard expression.

This Riesling Trocken is sourced from vineyards around Wachenheim, where sandstone, limestone and basalt soils combine with the warm, sunny climate of the Pfalz to create a style that is both generous and beautifully defined. Careful harvesting and minimal intervention preserve the vibrant fruit, lively acidity and mineral freshness that have made Bürklin Wolf one of Germany's most admired producers.

The colour is a brilliant pale straw with youthful green highlights. Aromas of lime, green apple and white peach are lifted by white blossom, wet stone and a hint of citrus zest. The palate is bright and finely textured, combining crisp citrus and orchard fruits with racy acidity and a chalky mineral thread. A long, dry finish echoes with saline freshness and remarkable precision.
