Made by Chief Winemaker Vanya Cullen, one of Australia’s most respected advocates for sustainable viticulture, this wine captures the joyful side of Margaret River’s classic Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon blend.

The fruit is sourced from Cullen’s certified biodynamic estate vineyards in Wilyabrup, where the vines grow in ancient gravelly soils under the cooling influence of the nearby Indian Ocean. Farming is guided by the biodynamic calendar, with a focus on soil vitality and vine health to produce grapes of energy and clarity.

Winemaking is kept minimal to showcase the fruit’s natural vibrancy. Grapes are handpicked, whole bunch pressed, and fermented with indigenous yeasts, mostly in stainless steel tanks to retain freshness. A small portion may see old oak for texture and added dimension, but the focus remains on crispness, purity, and drinkability.
