Aromas of ripe peaches laying in a grassy field makes the nose of this wine like smelling a warm spring day. The palate is fruit forward and well balanced with everything you are looking for in a Provence rosé.

Few names are more closely associated with the elegance of Provence rosé than Domaines Ott. Founded by Marcel Ott in 1912, the estate has helped define the region's reputation for beautifully crafted, dry rosés. BY.OTT is the more relaxed expression of the house's celebrated style, capturing the sunshine, freshness and Mediterranean charm of Provence without sacrificing the refinement for which Ott is known.
The 2024 is a blend led by Grenache, with Cinsault, Syrah and Mourvèdre contributing fragrance, texture and gentle savoury character. Fruit from selected Côtes de Provence vineyards produces a rosé that balances ripe summer fruit with crisp acidity and a distinctly dry finish.
Delicate pale pink with a soft peach hue. Fresh strawberry, white peach and pink grapefruit mingle with citrus blossom and a hint of wild thyme. The palate is silky and refreshing, with juicy red berries, subtle spice and a lovely citrus lift. A faint saline note adds interest to the clean, lingering finish.
Perfect with grilled sardines and lemon, watermelon and feta salad with mint, or prawns tossed with chilli and lime. Equally appealing alongside a Provençal vegetable tart or a plate of fresh tomatoes, basil and burrata.
Cellaring: Drink now to 2029. Best enjoyed for its youthful fruit, delicate aromatics and lively freshness.
