Heady and floral sweet bakery aromas combined with long flavours of citrus and pear
A heady mix of florals, freshly-baked meringue and clotted cream. The palate is expansive and beautifully balanced, with flavours in the lemon and pear spectrum. There's impressive vinosity, focus and length, with sophisticated winemaking on display. Serve a small volume in a large glass and watch it unfold. A light chill is all that is required. Drink to 2027.

The three names remain distinct but share the expertise of Hungerford Hill’s viticultural and winemaking teams.
Current Chief Winemaker is Pierre Durand, who has worked at many of the biggest local names, including Tyrrell’s, Brokenwood and Margan.
