From two sites in the Adelaide Hills – Kersbrook and Kuitpo – fermented and raised in steel. This is delightfully bright and fruit forward, with fresh green pear, lime, orchard blossoms, green almond and a subtle herbal note, recalling fresh mint and butter lettuce. There’s enough texture to give mid-palate shape, with the finish racy and long. Delicious.

Jericho Fiano from the Adelaide Hills is a crisp, textural white that brings a splash of southern Italian charm to one of Australia’s coolest wine regions. The Jericho family—winemaker Kim Jericho, along with his wife and children—has built a strong following for their small-batch, thoughtful wines that focus on balance, texture and site expression. Their take on Fiano is vibrant, pure and full of personality.

Fiano thrives in the Adelaide Hills’ cool climate, where slow ripening helps preserve the grape’s natural acidity while building layers of flavour. Fermentation occurs in both stainless steel and old French oak, adding a lovely dimension without overt oak influence. A portion of the wine is also left on lees, giving it a soft, creamy texture that balances out its zesty side.

It bursts with aromas of lemon blossom, honeydew melon and pear, with a whisper of almond and fresh herbs in the background. The palate is energetic and dry, with citrus, white stone fruit and a subtle saline edge. There’s plenty of texture without heaviness, and a savoury, slightly nutty finish that keeps you coming back for more.

Super versatile at the table, it shines with grilled fish, lemony roast chicken, seafood pasta or even lighter Asian dishes. It’s one of those wines that works beautifully with food but is also a joy to drink on its own. A brilliant expression of both grape and place.
