Crafted from a blend of mourvèdre and merlot sourced from organic growers in McLaren Vale, with fermentation and maturation in Broke. A nuanced, fragrant aroma of sweet peas and lemons sets the tone for this delightful wine. The palate is fresh, tight, bright and flavoursome. Joyous, beautiful and delicious.

Krinklewood Francesca Rosé from the Hunter Valley is a delicately aromatic, dry rosé that reflects both elegance and intention. Crafted from biodynamically farmed estate fruit, this wine is named after one of the founding family's daughters and offers a personal, hands-on expression of place, family and sustainability.
Made primarily from Mourvèdre with smaller amounts of Shiraz or other Rhône varieties depending on the vintage, the fruit is picked early to retain freshness and gently pressed for minimal skin contact. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel to preserve purity, with some time on lees to add texture and finesse.
The result is a pale salmon pink wine with lifted aromas of wild strawberry, rosewater, white peach and grapefruit zest. The palate is crisp, dry and refreshing, with bright acidity and a fine mineral edge balancing subtle red berry fruit and floral notes. It finishes clean and savoury, making it beautifully drinkable and food friendly.
Pair with charcuterie, Niçoise salad, grilled ocean trout or a soft goat cheese tart. Enjoy it chilled on warm afternoons or as an elegant aperitif.
