Located in the Asti hills of Piedmont, the Bricco Quaglia vineyard features limestone and sandy soils that help retain vibrant acidity and aromatic lift. The Moscato Bianco grapes are hand harvested, and fermentation is carefully controlled at low temperatures. Once the wine reaches about five to six percent alcohol, fermentation is stopped to retain natural sweetness and a soft, frizzante sparkle.

In the glass, it’s pale straw with delicate bubbles and bursting aromatics of white peach, apricot, orange blossom, lemon zest and a hint of fresh mint. The palate is light and silky with refreshing acidity that balances the gentle sweetness, leaving a clean, floral finish.
