A very delicate, elegant pink, and a delicate, elegant wine. It’s full of flavour and the texture is artfully built, sweeping across the palate, but there’s an inherent refinement and grace to it. Blood orange, bergamot, peach tea, wild redcurrants, a seasoning of spice. This saw some fermenting juice drained to old barrel, with the remainder joining post ferment, with that time rounding out flavours, building shape and accenting tension. It’s a deliciously sophisticated wine.

A vibrant and expressive small-batch wine, crafted to highlight the region’s ability to produce elegant, dry rosé with depth and character. The name Mazi, meaning "together" in Greek, reflects the philosophy behind the winery—bringing people together over well-made, thoughtfully crafted wines. Sourced from premium Grenache vineyards, this limited-release rosé is made with a focus on purity, freshness, and balance.
The winemaking approach emphasizes minimal intervention, allowing the fruit to shine. Early-picked Grenache is gently pressed and fermented at cool temperatures to preserve bright aromatics and crisp acidity. A short period on lees enhances texture, adding a fine, creamy mouthfeel without overpowering the wine’s freshness.
Pale salmon in color, Mazi Limited Release Rosé opens with delicate aromas of wild strawberry, white peach, and citrus blossom, followed by hints of pink grapefruit and dried herbs. The palate is refreshing yet textured, with layers of juicy red berries, blood orange, and a subtle mineral edge. Crisp acidity and a long, dry finish make it both elegant and highly drinkable.
Perfect for warm afternoons and shared meals, this rosé pairs beautifully with grilled seafood, Mediterranean mezze, or fresh goat cheese. Its bright fruit and delicate structure also complement spicy Asian dishes or charcuterie. Best enjoyed in its youth for its vibrancy and freshness.
