A sunny and generous disposition with bright citrus and white stonefruit
Sunflowers, marigold flowers and ripe lemon flesh. Peach fuzz and pineapple skin. Natural, elegant; a wine with real flow and innate chardonnay character. Oak supports the tropical and peach fruit well. Nutmeg and cinnamon quill spice. Great value wine from Nelson. Drink to 2030.

Delicious, bright, fresh, fruity and ready to drink from 2025 through 2030. Aromas and flavours of yellow stone fruits and citrus peel, red apple and pineapple suggestions. Crisp, weighty, satin textured and dry. Some fine fruit and wood tannins and a backbone of acidity ensure this wines instant appeal from textures through fruit and Chardonnay appeal. Well made and ready.

A Chardonnay with a sunny disposition, the nose opens with bright, floral aromas of citrus and white stonefruit against a background of subtle toastiness. Medium-bodied, the flavours are generous, harmonious with the nose and speckled with a light nutty character.
Perfect for a sunny lunch on the deck: grilled king prawns with lemon, chilli and herbs, a Vietnamese-style chicken salad with green mango and mint, or a Moroccan-spiced roast chicken with apricot and toasted almonds.
More about this wine
The 2024 season marked a welcome return to even, sunny and warm weather conditions after the challenging and wet 2023. The fruit for the 2024 Tiritiri was machine harvested in the early morning hours. The ferment started partially with indigenous yeasts, and a small 10% portion of the wine was fermented in French medium-toasted oak barrels. The parcels were allowed full malolactic, spent 10 months on full lees with minimal stirring, and a further two months on fine lees in stainless steel after blending. The wine was not fined and was coarse filtered ahead of bottling.
About Neudorf
Tim and Jude Finn planted the first vines at Neudorf in 1978. Their daughter Rosie is now the face of the winery, assisted by a team led by GM and winemaker Todd Stevens and viticulturist Stef Brockley.
Nelson’s Moutere Hills are in the centre of the northern tip of the South Island of New Zealand. The maritime climate here is heavily influenced by the Pacific and enjoys some of the highest sunshine hours in the country. The dry-grown, organic vineyard is planted on a gentle north-facing slope, the vines rooted in deep kaolinitic clay gravel soils.
