Bright, crunchy and full of Yarra Valley attitude, this Pinot Noir is built around drink now energy and pure fruit expression. Rising focuses on younger vineyards and gentle handling to capture freshness, making a style that is playful but still unmistakably cool climate. The Yarra’s long ripening season preserves perfume and acidity, giving the wine lift and snap rather than heaviness.

Winemaking is all about keeping the fruit front and centre. Extraction is light, oak is subtle, and the goal is vibrancy over structure. It is Pinot made for fun, but with enough regional character to keep it interesting.

In the glass it shows a vivid ruby with youthful brightness. Aromas jump out with red cherry, raspberry and cranberry, followed by rose petal and a hint of spice. There is a juicy freshness that makes it instantly inviting.
