Ruggeri Giustino B Prosecco Superiore DOCG delivers fine bubbles, orchard fruit and elegant Italian sparkle from Valdobbiadene.
Straw yellow with a silver sheen, persistent perlage. Intense fruit on the nose, reminiscent of apricot and mango, followed by elderflower. Balanced on the palate with great drinking flow, animating acidity structure, lingering, juicy finish.
93 points Falstaff
Giustino B is Ruggeri's flagship Prosecco, created in tribute to founder Giustino Bisol, whose vision helped establish the winery as one of Valdobbiadene's most respected names. Since 1950, Ruggeri has championed the steep hillside vineyards of Conegliano Valdobbiadene, producing sparkling wines that capture the elegance, finesse and vibrant personality of this celebrated UNESCO World Heritage wine region.
The 2024 vintage delivered beautifully balanced fruit, with warm days and cool evenings preserving freshness while encouraging outstanding flavour development. Sourced from carefully selected hillside vineyards within the Prosecco Superiore DOCG, the wine undergoes a slow secondary fermentation to build exceptional finesse, creamy texture and persistent, delicate bubbles.
Pale straw with brilliant green highlights, the fine, persistent mousse carries fragrant aromas of white peach, ripe pear and Golden Delicious apple, complemented by acacia blossom, citrus zest and hints of almond. The palate is lively yet beautifully refined, combining juicy orchard fruits with delicate sweetness, crisp acidity and an elegant mineral thread. The finish is long, refreshing and impeccably balanced, leaving lingering notes of fresh apple, citrus and white flowers.
An outstanding aperitif and a superb partner for fresh oysters, prawn cocktail, prosciutto with melon, sushi, tempura vegetables or creamy burrata. Perfect for celebrations or simply elevating everyday moments, this is Prosecco Superiore at its sophisticated best.
