All Day Rosé sounds like pretty sound advice at this time of the year. Organic grenache, picked early and kept on skins for eight hours before being pressed off and cool fermented. Salmon pink with an onion skin blush and tones of raspberry, redcurrant and red plum with hints of soft spice, stone, pressed wildflowers, ruby red grapefruit and watermelon. Savoury, crisp and dry, it's true to its name.

Tin Shed Wines All Day Rosé from the Barossa Valley is a fresh, lively and thoroughly drinkable dry rosé that brings together the region’s sunny richness with a restrained, modern style. Made from Grenache, sometimes blended with small amounts of Mataro or Cinsault depending on the vintage, this wine is crafted to be bright, crisp and refreshingly savoury — perfect for casual sipping or relaxed long lunches, just as the name suggests.

Sourced from sustainably farmed vineyards around the Valley, the grapes are picked early to preserve acidity, gently pressed and fermented cool in stainless steel to retain aromatics and purity. There's no oak, and the colour is kept pale and elegant, in line with Provençal-style rosé, but with a distinctly Barossan core of flavour.

The nose opens with wild strawberry, watermelon, red apple and rose petal, along with a subtle herbal lift. The palate is dry and textured, showing juicy red fruit, grapefruit zest and a light savoury note. Crisp acidity and a clean, mineral-edged finish make it as versatile as it is easy to love.

Food pairing: perfect with charcuterie, grilled prawns, roast chicken sandwiches, spicy noodle salads or a wedge of fresh chèvre. Also excellent as an aperitif or with picnic fare.

Cellar potential: best enjoyed within 2 to 3 years while its vibrant fruit and freshness are at their peak.
