Crafted from organically farmed vineyards near Stevens Valley, this wine is all about purity, energy and texture, with a nod to both Margaret River tradition and modern finesse.

The fruit is hand harvested at optimal ripeness, with Sauvignon Blanc providing lifted aromatics and drive, while Semillon adds structure, palate weight and ageability. Winemaker Tim Shand treats the components with care—some parcels undergo wild fermentation in French oak for complexity and depth, while others are kept in stainless steel for freshness. Lees contact rounds out the texture, resulting in a beautifully balanced wine.

Expect bright aromas of lime zest, lemongrass, gooseberry and passionfruit, layered with subtle flint, nettle and citrus blossom.
