The Aloft Rosé from the Adelaide Hills is a bright, elegant and modern rosé that captures the cool-climate charm of one of South Australia’s most celebrated wine regions. The Adelaide Hills is known for its altitude, crisp nights and long, gentle ripening seasons, which lend themselves beautifully to rosé production, delivering wines with lifted aromatics, vibrant fruit and refreshing acidity. Aloft sources fruit from carefully selected hillside vineyards, with an emphasis on preserving freshness and delicacy, while still showing depth and texture.

In the glass it shines pale salmon pink with coral highlights. The bouquet is lively and inviting, offering wild strawberry, raspberry and pomegranate layered with rose petal, citrus zest and a hint of savoury spice. On the palate it is dry, crisp and refreshing, with red berry and citrus fruit flavours carried by bright acidity and a fine mineral line. A gentle textural element adds interest, while the finish is clean, savoury and moreish.

Food pairings highlight its versatility: grilled prawns, Mediterranean mezze, roast chicken with herbs, or light pasta with tomato and basil. It also makes a perfect match for summer salads or soft cheeses like chèvre.
