2025 Cullen Metricup Chardonnay, Margaret River

This Chardonnay is from a certified organic vineyard that is biodynamic in conversion. It was planted in 1998 in the Metricup area bordering Wilyabrup. The 2025 season was warm, dry and even without the occasional hot days of the 2024, and Chardonnay emerged as the highlight of the season.T he hand harvested fruit was cool fermented in stainless steel, with a small portion French oak for texture. Both parcels were fermented with indigenous yeasts.
