Floral aromas combine with apricot and crushed stone on the nose. The palate is loaded with citrus pith and white pepper with little hints of stone fruit.

Domaine de Rimauresq is one of Provence's historic estates, recognised as a Cru Classé in the prestigious 1955 classification of Côtes de Provence vineyards. Situated near Pignans at the foot of the Massif des Maures, the estate takes its name from the Réal Mauresque river that runs through the property. Its rosés are celebrated for their elegance, delicate aromatics and distinctly Mediterranean character.
The vineyards benefit from a combination of warm sunshine, cooling breezes and varied soils, allowing the traditional Provençal grape varieties to develop ripe fruit while retaining freshness. The 2025 captures the graceful, dry style that has made Provence rosé so popular, with lovely aromatic detail and a subtle savoury edge.
Beautifully pale salmon pink with delicate copper reflections. Wild strawberry, white peach and pink grapefruit mingle with orange blossom, fresh herbs and a hint of redcurrant. The palate is silky and refreshing, with juicy summer berries, gentle citrus acidity and a fine mineral texture. Subtle notes of melon and sea salt carry through a long, beautifully dry finish.
Try it with grilled octopus and smoked paprika, a Niçoise salad with seared tuna, or roasted capsicum and whipped feta on toasted sourdough. Its delicate fruit and savoury freshness also make it a wonderful partner for Vietnamese rice paper rolls with prawns and herbs.
Cellaring: Drink now to 2029. Particularly appealing for its youthful fruit, delicate perfume and refreshing dry finish.
